Um, I struggled to find a new dress from Vixen lately. & decided I dont wear enough pink. When this dress arrived I spent 30 mins steaming the wrinkles out of it (not realizing this dress wrinkes when you look at it) when I went to put it on, i realized.. I was sent a used dress. The armpits were stained & smelled like deodorant. They sent a new 1 before even msging me back, which was rad. But the hassle is a bit much. No offer of a discount on my next purchase.. nothing.
I dont know how much Id wear this now that I know how discolored it can get from just deodorant & how wrinkled immediately. I feel like the pink is going to get so gross with wear.
Disappointed with the fabric & how the fabric stains & moves. Really crunchy and heavy, not flowy at all. Like NO stretch as well.
Ill stick to the maneater & darker more durable materials.

Right out of the bag and this 100% had been worn. Weird discoloration @ the arm pits & smells like deodorant. I havent even tried it on.

This fabric is LUXURIOUS! The sheen to the cotton makes it almost like a matte satin in some lights: it's gorgeous! Dress is well constructed, per usual, and a compliment magnet, so be prepared to turn some heads.
I am 39-33-45 and ordered the Large which fit with a padded brazier... otherwise the bust was a bit large on me, but I am small busted.
The fabric does have a little give, almost a little stretch, but the seams are firm. It's a gorgeous dress, and I am so happy I added it to my collection.

This dress is a DREAM in the best way possible. I ordered a 4X since I had never ordered an ingenue before. I probably could have sized down, but honestly I like that it isn't smooshing my bust either. You also can adjust the straps very easily, so that helps too with the bust. Overall, I'm obsessed and might have to order another Ingenue ASAP.

I love the Ingenue, but the Cotton Ingenues are something extra special! Theres a subtle sheen to this material that I love. I find this fits extremely well, and I can dress it for everyday or special. I also feel it works well as a backdrop for many aesthetics. I wear this at least once a week! I'm a firm 2x and this fits great!
