The fit the flare the style the color all absolute perfection and so well made. Couldn't be more pleased! She's 54 and about 107 lb so we ordered the extra small and it was definitely figure hugging in the bodies. I agree about the stickiness of the zipper right at the connection of bodies to skirt so she always needed help getting into it but well worth the effort.

This is my first starlet, so I wasn't sure how the fit would be. My measurements run in the XL range, 41/33-34/40, but after reading some feedback I cautiously opted to size down to L. It turned out to be a great choice. The bust has plenty of room and the dress fits snugly but comfortably! I love this color and now I have my eye on the other starlet swings!

Waiting for this dress' new run was the best Vixen decision I have ever made because it is EVERYTHING. It's all true-to-size, the fabric is thinner and super stretchy. Amazing!

Beautiful material, great lines and cleavage! Looks fantastic with shapewear to accent curves. I had purchased this dress a while back and had tried it on but felt it was too warm to wear in the summer months so I had not worn it out. In September I attended a car event with the theme of Motors and Monsters and got the idea to dress as Lily Munster. I added ribbon and beading black trim to customize this dress. I love this dress, this color is so pretty. Be very aware waist measurement when ordering, it is firm! Zipper is tricky going through the waist seam, but get help or use zipper lube. Dress is totally worth it though. Xs for bust 32-33, waist 25.

Wearing Size L. The zipper on this is tricky. You might have to "loosen" it up a few times up and down the zipper track for the first few wears. My waist fluctuates between 28-31.5 inches, it's pretty tight at the waist, but perfect for the bustline. Great for formal occasions; I typically wear mine for symphonies and Broadway shows. Can be worn off the shoulder for something smoldering, or on the shoulder for more conservative events. A very versatile vestment!

The Starlet Swing is absolutely lovely!! I have the Blue Velvet Wiggle & it’s my favorite dress! I would recommend looking at the size chart before ordering because the material isn’t as stretchy as the Velvet collection.
The bodice on this dress is stunning!! The dress has the famous Vixen pockets that we all LOVE!

the dress is beautifully constructed. unfortunately it ran too small for me. I am pear shaped and can fit most 4X dresses/clothing. the fabric has a good stretch to it but the waist was a bit too tight for me. my sister who is a size 24 (5'6") fit it perfectly so I gifted the dress to her. very sad I couldn't wear this beautiful :( dress but glad my sister enjoyed it.

I usually order L in Vixen to accommodate my bust and hips but reading reviews in the salon I took the plunge and ordered a M in the swing starlet. I’m so glad I did, my bust was comfortable and looked great, the waist was flattering and sat flush to my body. This dress is a work of art and the quality is outstanding. Purchased this a few months ago for a friend's wedding and loved it so much I got the black too!! Such a gorgeous, flattering design. My waist is currently a squishy 29 but I can get this dress on in a size small .. once it's zipped it is soooo flattering!! Someone at the wedding came up to me and said "besides the bride, of course, you're by far the best dressed here" and it was a predominantly 'rockabilly' wedding with many beautifully dressed people so that compliment made me feel a million dollars! I got the size Large, though next time I think I'll try the Medium bc it's a bit loose in some areas (especially if wearing shapewear). I absolutely LOVE this dress! *Note the zipper is near impossible to get up the first time. Lubricate it a bit and have someone help you get it up. Love, love, love! I need more!

This dress is amazing. You really feel like a star while wearing it. The only thing I disliked was the extra fabric around the waist...meant to be the built-in shaper.
